Refund policy

 

RETURN POLICY:

The return policy applies to online purchases only.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every online purchase. However, if you need to return a purchase made online, please note that our return policy has been updated. Returns will now require a Return Authorization. Before shipping any item back, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can request an RA number by emailing info@augustla.com with your order number, or by calling the store during our business hours.

Once you have received your RA number, clearly write it on the outside of your return package. Returns that do not have an RA number on the outside of the package will not be accepted. We recommend sending the package fully insured, with a signature required upon delivery. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the purchase until we have received it.

Upon receiving your authorized return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 2 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Unfortunately, goods received more than 14 days after the purchase date will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

ANY ITEM DEEMED FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

 

HOLIDAY GIFT RETURNS:

All online holiday gifts can be returned for exchange or refund as long as the item is back to us by the 15th of January, 2025 under the same conditions outlined above. 

In store purchases can be exchanged until January 15th, 2025.
