 SHIPPING POLICY:

Free 2nd day shipping offers (on jewelry purchases over $300) apply only to the Continental United States. An adult signature is required upon delivery, however, if you would like to have the box delivered without a signature, please check the appropriate box before checking out, and we will ship accordingly.  If the signature upon delivery is waived, the insurance only covers the package until it is marked as delivered. August and its representatives cannot be held responsible for stolen, lost or damaged items.

Standard shipping rates apply to all other destinations, and import taxes & duties are paid by the recipient.

SALE ITEMS:

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

RETURN POLICY:

The return policy applies to online purchases only.

Should you need to return an item please call us or email us to obtain a return authorization number before returning the item.  The return authorization number MUST be written on the outside of the package, or the package will not be accepted, and it will be sent back at the shipper's expense.  The package should be sent back to us fully insured and pre-paid. CODs will not be accepted.

The item must arrive unworn, in original condition, accompanied by the original packaging, tags and receipt – within 14 days of placing the order. You will receive a full refund to the credit card in which the purchase was made minus the original shipping charge if all stated requirements are met.

Returns will be processed upon receipt and an email confirmation will be sent. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to post to your account, depending on the cycle of your credit card.

Please note, the online return policy does not apply to in store purchases.

Holiday gifts may be returned by January 15th, 2025, and the steps above are required.

 ANY ITEM DEEMED FINAL SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

EXCHANGES:

All in store purchases are only eligible for exchanges or store credit. Like returns, we will accept exchanges if you bring or send the item back to us, pre-paid and insured, within 14 days of the purchase date. The jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and with the receipt. Please email us at info@augustla.com to notify us of your decision. Sorry, no CODs will be accepted and shipping charges will apply on all exchanges.

REPAIRS:

Our jewelry collections are hand-crafted and as with any product of this nature, natural wear and tear or accident may result in damage. We recommend any piece in this condition be sent to us for evaluation. After receipt a course of action will be determined and this usually entails sending the item to its designer so it can be repaired to their standards. This process may take up to 8 weeks and there may be a fee associated with the repair, determined by the designer. All repair inquiries should be directed to info@augustla.com or call 323.653.2600.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Some pieces in our collections may be customized. This can include changes in ring size, chain length etc. These types of alterations would be considered a special order.

Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and require a payment in full when placing the order. These custom orders may take up to 12 weeks to produce depending on the production schedule of the individual designer.

BACK ORDERS:

On occasion an order may be placed for an item that appears to be in stock, but has actually sold before online inventory is adjusted. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. Items that are regularly stocked will be backordered and shipped as they become available.
